Workforce Senior Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Responsible for the overall management of the Global Operations Support Center. This role provides leadership for the team, and provides and implements the strategic planning necessary for growth and development of the department. The role provides a central point of contact for internal and external clients globally. The role will handle several OSC Managers handling different programs.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Call center experience required (5-7)
* Workforce Management Experience preferred (5-7)
* Management experience (3-5)
* Must be willing to be based in Cainta, Rizal.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
