Responsibilities:

• Answer phones to respond to technical support queries

• General customer inquiries

• Invoice questions and customer complaints

• Project a professional company image throught phone interaction

• Provide customers with product and service information
The candidate must have a good experience in HARDWARE, working knowledge on OPERATING SYSTEM, good exposure to SYSTEM SECURITY, knowledge of ADVANCED BROWSER SETTINGS and Email CLIENTS, knowledge in handling BASIC HOME & OFFICE NETWORKING

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree , Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
* Required language(s): English, German
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
* 100 Full-Time positions available.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant status.
