Game Representative

Responsibilities:
Ensures superb gaming experience through fast and effective resolution of issues reported by players.
Documents and reports feedback given by customers for continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
Manage customer inquiries by providing complete information about services.
Ensures complete customer information is obtained including specific error message or problem.
Provides responsive and competent email support to customers in areas of product features by handling inquiries in a timely manner.
Provides email support services as scheduled and fill in for others in accordance with the “all hands on deck” philosophy.
Maintains customer satisfaction according to the current levels of measurements.
Completes ongoing training programs in order to use the skills and knowledge acquired to answer inquiries about company operations, product and version information and marketing programs.
Investigates problem situations to determine appropriate method of resolution. Escalate to second level using appropriate procedures.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
Required skill(s): Excellent English Communication, Computer and Internet Proficient
At least 1 year of work experience in a call center.
Familiarity and interest with online gaming.
Must be willing and able to work in shifts including graveyard, holidays and week-ends.
