French Speaking Technical Support Executive
(National Capital Reg – TAGUIG CITY)
Responsibilities:
* Answer phones to respond to technical support queries
* General customer inquiries
* Invoice questions and customer complaints
* Project a professional company image throught phone interaction
* Provide customers with product and service information
The candidate must have a good experience in HARDWARE, working knowledge on OPERATING SYSTEM, good exposure to SYSTEM SECURITY, knowledge of ADVANCED BROWSER SETTINGS and Email CLIENTS, knowledge in handling BASIC HOME & OFFICE NETWORKING
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree , Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Education/Teaching/Training, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* Also open for UNDERGRADUATES provided that they are done with their entire 2nd year in college.
* Required language(s): Average to Above Average English and French Communication Skills
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in TAGUIG CITY.
