Responsibilities:
* To deliver a successful migration of FACT E2E, client is currently looking for an ambitious manager to be the key anchor point for the project to the respective site and being fully accountable for successful transition of the respective countries in Europe.
* – As a migration manager, your overall responsibility is to coordinate the FACT E2E project in site and to liaise between FACT E2E project lead and sites/staff.
* – Selecting migration managers to be onsite in country migrated
* – Selecting the migration teams to be onsite reporting to the migration manager selected
* – Develop/ coach/ lead the team (Managers)
* – Preparing the respective GSC to handle the activities migrated
* – Facilitate training/ certification of the respective staff
* – Responisble for handling / managing the activity migrated from migration to steady-state and consequent handover to the F&A Manager in site witin the agreed timeframe (meeting SLAs)
Requirements:
* A Certified Public Accountant
* +5 years within F&A (experience Accountant/ Controller with ERP background),
* Experienced in leading bigger teams and/or complex activities
* Good communication skills
* Previous experience from handle extensive migrations is preferred
* Previous experience in BPO is preferred
* Lean/ Six Sigma training/ experience
* Microsoft project SAP knowledge/ experience Microsoft office package
* Facilitate training / certification of the respective staff
* Salary Range : Starting at Php 130K/mo.
