RESPONSIBILITIES:
* This is for a Technical DAYSHIFT Account!
* Must be able to troubleshoot customer’s computer related issues over the phone.
* Promote new products.
* Provide quality service to clients.
* Document all received calls.
* Must be able to work with minimum supervision.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology, Others or equivalent.
* Must be an incoming 3rd year college level (finished @ least 2 years of College)
* Required skill(s): Excellent English Communication skills, Customer Service Skills, Troubleshooting skills.
* Preferred skill(s): Listening Comprehension Skills, Multitasking Skills.
* Required language(s): English.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
