RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Inbound Call Center Agents/CSRs
* Attend to customers’ issues and concerns
* Provide them answers to their questions and information about their accounts or subscription
* Persuade and convince the clients/customers not to unsubscribe/cancel (in some situations) by offering them discounts/freebies and coupons etc.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Philosophy, Airline Operation/Airport Management, Journalism, Advertising/Media, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
* Candidates who have completed at least two years of college education are also welcome to apply (2yr course graduates or 2yrs of a 4 yr course). (Some accounts for a year of college educ and high school graduates also available)
* Required skill(s): Excellent English communication, Customer service orientation, Computer navigation.
* Required language(s): English.
