Responsibilities:
* For our Technical Support Representative post, we are looking for the following qualifications in general:
* Applicants should have at least completed all of their 1st and 2nd year college units under a single degree / program.
* The applicants should possess average to above average communication skills.
* In addition, they should be knowledgeable in some or all of the following areas:
* Internet connection
* Windows 98 and various Operating Systems
* Installation/removing program know-how
* Hardware troubleshooting
* Simple internet surfing know-how
* Knowledge/ familiarity in computer applications
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Muntinlupa City.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
