SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE
(National Capital Reg - Pasig City)
Responsibilities:
Handles client service issues, problems, activities, sales and transactions. Possesses good problem solving, organizational, time management and communication skills. Works directly with the client to oversee compliance and other requirements. Participates and provides leadership in customer management, business and product development if needed. Identifies cross-selling opportunities. Demonstrates good working knowledge of the market to help maintain operational integrity of the account. Will be an instrumental resource to the day to day operations of the account.
Requirements:
At least 2 years experience in the field of Customer Service and BPO (preferably Outbound experience)
Senior Agent to Team Leader role or equivalent level
Flexible on working schedule and multitasking
Excellent English communication skills with good accent
Outstanding Attendance record and highly reliable
exceedingly independent and loves to take on new challenges
Highly motivated and requires minimal supervision
Salary Package:
Highly competitive salary packages inclusive of attendance and performance bonuses await successful candidates. Our complete salary package ranges from 27,000 to 30,000 a month.
