Employee Relations Specialist
You will develop and implement various people programs that focus on culture building, core values reinvigoration, rewards and recognition, community and quality of life, corporate social responsibility, connecting people and leaders, and people excellence programs. You will also be involved in the conduct and administration of employee engagement assessment instruments like the Global Employee Survey, Project Success Survey, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD).
REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate of any degree
3 years’ supervisory experience in the areas of Organizational Development, Employee Relations and Performance Management
Highly analytical and with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
