Job Description:
Monitors and evaluates agents based on client specifications and internal standards.
Coaches agents based on evaluations.
Handles data gathering and preparation of reports.
Attends to calibration session with internal and external clients.
Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned due to business needs.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
At least 6 months of experience as an agent in a contact center.
Preferably with experience as a QA from a contact center.
Preferably with experience in a sales account in a contact center.
Proficient in the use of MS Word and MS Excel.
Excellent English communication skills.
Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City, Mandaluyong City, Makati, or Alabang.

Guys.. let me just remind you guys be careful in choosing a call center company. Their offers sounds too good to be true. Others would promise a sign up bonus but there will always be a catch. Most of it are just propagandas.
If I were you i’ll choose a start-up company. More room for growth unlike the well established ones. You have to outshine tons of employees before reaching the top. Here are some:
CONFABIA - predominantly dayshift (eastwood)
AVANCE - shifting schedule (eastwood)
Australian Outsourcing company - dayshift/ outbound but requires a call center experience
…but if u really wanted to be part of an established contact center here are some that I know that gives good benefits:
DELL - Esatwood/pasay Min. salaray for entry level = 16,000 (exclusive of alowances and stuff)
Etelacare - min salary = 12,000
Sykes - min salary = 12,000 (but with great benefits)
- Good luck you guys
(if u still didn’t make it, maybe it is not for you but there ae a lot of options)
e.g Barista, Transcriptionist or maybe a NURSE!
