e-Telecare Global Solutions 2 : Quality Assurance Associate - Sales

Job Description:
Monitors and evaluates agents based on client specifications and internal standards.
Coaches agents based on evaluations.
Handles data gathering and preparation of reports.
Attends to calibration session with internal and external clients.
Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned due to business needs.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
At least 6 months of experience as an agent in a contact center.
Preferably with experience as a QA from a contact center.
Preferably with experience in a sales account in a contact center.
Proficient in the use of MS Word and MS Excel.
Excellent English communication skills.
Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City, Mandaluyong City, Makati, or Alabang.
