RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under the direction of the Team Managers, the primary objective of the position is to provide world-class service to our customers in an accurate, efficient and courteous manner on every call as measured by Customer Satisfaction, Employee Satisfaction and Long Term Investor Value.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Excellent English Communication Skills
• Demonstrated listening and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Willing to work on rotational shifts/days including holidays and weekends
• Must be able to work on occasional overtime
• Can type 35 words per minute
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
• Full-Time positions available
