DEPARTMENT MANAGER FOR OPERATIONS
(TECHNICAL SUPPORT)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Direct the Technical Support Operations Department into a highly responsive group that meets the required performance standards.
Review and communicate daily performance, quality and attendance reports at the team and Department level.
Provide staffs with structured feedback on performance results.
Drive the Technical Support Operations Department to meet and exceed stated metrics.

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Technical Support Operations Background.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Mandaluyong City.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
Full-Time positions available.
