Spanish Customer Support Associate

(National Capital Reg - Makati City)

Responsibilities:
Conduct customer support to Spanish speaking customers by online chat, e-mail and telephone.
Prepare and submit daily reports with the data compiled at backend system.
Provide effective feedback to the Management concerning process flow and interdepartmental concerns when necessary.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Others or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
With native fluency in Spanish both written and oral communication
Required language(s): Spanish, English
Excellent customer service skills on online chat, e-mail and telephone.
Preferably with call center work experience but not required.
Highly proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Proficiency in typing (Spanish and English).
Ability and desire in handling customers with care.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Must be able to start employment immediately.
Flexible and willing to work on shifting schedule.
Full-time 8 hrs shift
Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
