Customer Solutions Officers (Australian Account - Day shift)

Requirements:
Completed at least 3rd year College level PLUS any work experience.
Required language(s): English.
Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Mortgage background is definitely a PLUS factor.
Applicants must be very analytical and and good in multi-tasking.
BPO/Call center experience is preferred but not required.
Should be amenable to the following: shifting schedules, working on holidays or weekends, rendering overtime when needed.
Must have good credit standings with any bank.
Full-Time positions available.
