Customer Service Team Lead - Accenture
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Service Team Leader is responsible for Customer Service Representatives that provide customer support services defined in the scope of work and service level requirements. This includes ensuring call quality and quantitative standards are observed in meeting customer care needs and resolving them in a timely fashion. Also responsible in supporting the Operations Manager. Providing leadership, guidance and support to the assigned team of Customer Support Representatives. Fostering a positive (productive) work atmosphere, team spirit, addressing their needs, concerns, performance issues, motivation issues and conflicts. And to serve as mentor & coach to the reps on the floor and act as 1st point of escalation on the floor to the assigned team in resolving difficult customer situations Also served as a back-up point of escalation when Subject Matter Experts are unavailable.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be a bachelor’s degree holder
At least 1 year working experience in the same capacity in another call center
Excellent English communication skills
Must be Filipino citizens or hold relevant status
