Will handle inbound or outbound customer calls having to do with, but not limited to, customer service, tech support, sales and marketing, mail notification among others.
APPLICANT MUST:
- Be able to communicate clearly and effectively in written and spoken English
- Be driven and motivated, persistent in getting the message across and in resolving customer issues
- Be patient, confident and not easily frustrated or intimidated by potentially irate customers
- Be able to work directly with a team leader in managing situations beyond his/her control
- Be willing to openly listen to and learn from feedback and coaching given by his/her seniors
- Be able to absorb and understand all aspects of products supported; maintain and demonstrate technical knowledge of the product
- Constantly strive for continuous personal development and improvement
- Be flexible in terms of work schedule
* Applicant must have at least two (2) years in college or equivalent work experience in a customer service environment.
