REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
Required language(s): Chinese, English
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
Completed at least 2 years of college or its equivalent
Has a strong command of the English language
Can speak and comprehend Korean, Cantonese, and Mandarin
Good communication skills
Proficient in basic computer operations
Proficient with various software applications such as MS Excel
Must be amenable to graveyard shifts, shifting/rotation of schedules, working on holidays, working on weekends and rendering overtime
Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
