Must possess good listening and responding skills
Dependable and keen on details
Courteous with strong customer service orientation and solid problem solving skills
Have excellent communication skills including a confident and courteous voice tone, an ability to handle irate customer situations effectively and empathize with customer

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
Good command of oral and written English
Proficient in basic computer operations
has familiarity with Windows, Office applications, Internet Explorer as well as various Internet terminology
Should be amenable in working in shifting schedules
Required language(s): English.
Applicants must be willing to work in Cebu City.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.

3. SSS # (Photocopy of E1 form or Digitized ID)
4. Clearance from previous employer (If applicable)
