Customer Service Associate (Batch 1)

Responsibilities:
This outbound position is an entry level front line Call Centre role using a computerized information system. The CSA is responsible for making telephone contact directly with customers as part of a follow up campaign to initial product purchase, renewing sales contracts, improving customer knowledge and increasing client retention overall. Contact is for the purpose of consumer education, subscription up sell, and to assist in personalized use and understanding of product. Calls are made using an automatic dialer. Contact is of a routine nature with limited deviation from standard script. This is a non-technical role and may require some contact via fax or e-mail for enrollment / billing. Call handling time is minimal on average. Additional products sold are limited to a specific program, require limited training and involve customers with some product knowledge but generally no experience.
Requirements:
• Candidates must be a graduate of any 4 year course (no work experience required) OR
• Candidates must have 2 years of total work experience (not necessarily call center)
• Excellent communication skills
