Responsibilities:
Handles inbound customer calls in a call center environment.
Explains and promote products and services to new and existing clients.
Accesses and updates customer accounts through computer based systems with the customer on the phone.
Gains and maintains knowledge of products and services.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
Applicants must be willing to start ASAP.
