* • Resolve customer enquires and promote product and services
* • Provide first-level support for customer complaints
* • Document and escalate issues to the relevant department

* • Other duties as directed by the team leader or Operations Manager
REQUIREMENTS:
* • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
* • Customer service experience in any of the following industries: retail, hospitality, administration, banking with preference for call centre experience.
* • FRESH GRADUATES CAN APPLY BUT WE PREFER WITH CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE.
* • Demonstrated experience in working in a multicultural team.
* • PC literate.
* • Typing speed of 30 words per minute is desirable.
* • 100 Full-Time positions available.
* • Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
