Credit Analyst : Call Center Jobs (ACS Phils)

Responsibilities:
Perform Financial Transactions
• Responsible for management of accounts within FSC guidelines/policies and procedures to minimize bad debt losses, maximize collections, and support profitable sales.
• Establish credit lines for new accounts; review and update existing credit lines.
• Management of assigned accounts receivable portfolio; collections of past due accounts, proactive follow up on all accounts to ensure adherence to assigned credit lines.
• Timely review and resolution of orders referred for Credit handling that have exceeded credit lines and/or acceptable past due parameters.
• Proactive support of Sales establishing credit lines and negotiating customer payments, balancing collections/risk management while attempting to keep accounts sellable
• Support International Transactions
a. Perform credit analysis for export customers
b. Manage the letter of credit process
c. Acting as an intermediary between FSC Credit and the Divisions.
d. Helping maximize sales and minimize bad debt expense.
e. Evaluate and ensure the most cost effective use of secured credit.
f. Work with freight forwarders to ensure shipments comply with the requirements of the secured credit mechanisms in place
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
* 5 Full-Time positions available.
* Must be willing to work at night shift
