Responsibilities:
Assists the Chief Financial Officer and the Senior Finance Director in the development of detailed billing rates for current and new business partners of AIG BPSI.
Responsible for carrying out coordination of the inputs from the Operation and Migration team leaders and the Senior Management team to facilitate a timely and accurate billing rate card. Detailed calculations, complex analysis and problem solving will be required to ensure consistency and accuracy of the billing rates calculated.
Work closely with Management Finance team to ensure accurate and consistent revenue projections are incorporated into the monthly, quarterly and yearly financial planning, budgeting and cash management reporting on a regular basis.
Responsible for spearheading improvements to the current model and identifying financial adjustments required on a quarterly basis. Likewise, this person will provide analysis, information, and recommendations to create pricing models and improve the efficiency of the operation.
Will work closely with the company’s New Migration team to develop billing rate models that reflect the rapidly expanding business of AIG BPSI while ensuring adequate transfer pricing profit requirements are maintained. Likewise, the Cost and Budget Manager is responsible for providing adequate impact analysis due to the evolving company and business partners pricing requirements.
Requirements:
Candidate must be a Certified Public Accountant or must possess at least a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 5-7 year(s) of working experience in the financial/accounting profession; must have experience in working in an accounting department or accounting firm, experience in self-directed work-environments requiring a high degree of individal initiative
Have demonstrated experience in creating costing and budgeting processes and controls with a keen eye for detail
Applicants must be willing to work in Muntinlupa.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
