Corporate Trainer
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct soft skills training, which includes but are not limited to communication and culture training modules to new hires
Perform training needs analysis by using diagnostic tools to identify skills and/or competency gaps and establish measures to track trainees’ progress
Develop and execute innovative strategies to ensure the CSAs have the necessary skills and competencies to meet the client expectations
Generate necessary reports to update headcount, training progress, performance management, attrition and other similar information
Manage performance by identifying problem areas and taking corrective actions
Ensure the timely and accurate production of training materials, preparation of training supplies, and reservation of training rooms
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
Call center experience of at least 6 months in an international account.
At least 6 months experienced employees specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
Experience in with a UK campaign is a plus.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Applicants must be willing to work in Cubao.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Preferrably with updated travel documents.
Full-Time positions available.
