RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage soft skills training, which includes but are not limited to communication and culture training modules to new hires
• Perform training needs analysis by using diagnostic tools to identify skills and/or competency gaps and establish measures to track trainees’ progress
• Develop and execute innovative strategies to ensure necessary skills and competencies to meet the client expectations
• Manage performance by identifying problem areas and taking corrective actions
• Has a good foundation in adult learning concepts.
• Extensive experience in the following fields will also be beneficial:
• — Accent Reduction
• — English / Grammar teaching
• — Broadcasting
• — Public Speaking
• — Speech Therapy
• — Voice Coach
• Coaching and mentoring skills is a must.
• Exceptional presentation skill is required.
• Results-focused and a desire to help others succeed.
• A background in call center operations is an advantage.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
* Required skill(s): Foundation & Core, Accent and Neutralization, English / Grammar teaching, Adult-Learning Processes
* Required language(s): English, Filipino
* At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
* Full-Time position available.
