The Reports Analyst position is primarily responsible for the daily production of reports, special report inquiries and related distribution. The position exists to fulfill contractual reporting obligations to the client and to provide management with operational reports. The Reports Analyst analyzes the existing project;provides consultation on reporting decisions and assists in building processes as well as developing improved reports.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field, preferably Industrial Engineering
Experience in high level analysis, root causing and regression
Advanced MS Excel proficiency
Ability to deal with all levels of management (negotiate deadlines, project requirements, and final objectives)
Project and time management skills, critical thinking and decision making skills
Good oral and written communication skills
Applicants must be willing to be assigned in any of Convergys’ Manila sites
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
