RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Helps to develop goals and objectives for communications in coordination with operations and leadership.
* Provides advice and guidance on strategic communications to internal business partners.
* Develops and executes communication plans that align with the strategic objectives of the organization.
* Administers programs designed to optimize written, in-person, online, and telephone communications.
* Coordinates production of communication materials; writes, edits and provides art direction for fliers, publications, brochures, posters, etc.
* Works within department budget, secures approvals as needed and documents progress of projects.
* Accountability for creating a culture of compliance, ethics and integrity.
* Responsible for ensuring ongoing compliance for area(s) of assigned responsibility.
* Maintains knowledge of policies and procedures and performs in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and accreditation standards as they relate to the assigned department.
* May assist in the coordination of public relations activities.
* Handles special projects, as assigned.
* Performs other duties and responsibilities as necessary and/or appropriate.

REQUIREMENTS:

* College degree or its equivalent, preferably in Mass Communications or Marketing.
* At least one year of experience in the field of Marketing or Corporate Communications
* Computer literacy (especially in Microsoft Office)
* Very good human relations and interpersonal communication skills;
* Highly analytical, organized, responsible, result-oriented and independent;
* Proficiency in both written and oral communication
* Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Must be willing to reloacte in Clark, Pamoanga
