RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Evaluate calls and coach agents on their communication skills based on quality standards
* Facilitate communication skills up-trainings as needed
* Work with operations to develop communication skills uptrainings and resource materials, specifically addressing agents’ AFIs
* Facilitate Communication Calibration sessions for the management, operations and client teams on a regular basis
* Provide information to assist in the feedback and formal education process of individuals, live and on the phone.
* Monitor agent communication skills performance and seny individual progress reports regularly
REQUIREMENTS:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Mass Communications, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
* Required language(s): English, Filipino
* Coaching and/or Training in a call center environment
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
