COMMUNICATIONS AND OPERATIONS TRAINER

(Southern Tagalog – Sta. Rosa, Laguna)

Responsibilities:

* Technical instructor in an Instructor-led classroom environment experience.
* Conducts skills, technical, management and staff development training courses within business units or groups.
* Uses needs assessment tools to determine effectiveness of training programs.
* Interacts with functional organizations to develop specifications for content of courses.
* Evaluates need and develops new training materials and/or revises current material to ensure business unit or group training needs are met.
* Designs and develops in-house programs.
* Interacts with functional organizations to develop specifications for content of courses.
* Conducts follow up training courses to determine applicability of course material.
* Attend structured training sessions and remain updated on new products.
* Be proficient in training and successfully graduating knowledgeable trainees.
* Become certified in training curriculum and facilitate service training classes.
* Complete routine administrative tasks.
* Be familiar with and enforce company guidelines.
* Coordinate planned training with all departments.
* Be proficient with technical skills.
* Remain current with customer care skills and product knowledge.
* Positive interactions with all internal and external departments.

Requirements:

* Graduate of four (4 year course)/Bachelor’s degree
* At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint & Excel)
* Must be a self-starter who can work with a minimum of supervision
* Ability to critically evaluate processes for potential improvements/efficiencies is essential to this position’s success
* Updating relevant databases
* Preparation and copying of training materials
* Ability to effectively deal effectively with confidential material
* Experience in organizing and planning
* Ability to work accurately and target deadlines
* Good customer service skills
* Ability to produce tables, charts, good Excel skills
* Willing and keen to undertake relevant training
* Good interpersonal skills, Organization skills, Flexibility
* Ability to work alone or/and as part of a team
* Ability to deal with employees from different levels of the company.
* Night shift adaptability
* Willing to work in Sta. Rosa, Laguna
