Responsibilities:
Knowledge Management Function:
* Review the existing standardization documents and provide updates on outdated and missing materials
* Work with the proposal team to address the outdated and missing materials
* Improve process around development, editing, approval (governance) & posting to repository/wiki
* Promotion & education around Wiki or Portals and how to access, raising awareness of what’s new/updated
* Communications
Librarian Function:
* Input into Repositories
* Updating Wiki & SalesOne
* Review dated material
* Compile and maintain up to date In-Country Delivery Statistics
* Improve layout of current teamroom
* Maintain access controls on teamroom or replacement
* Review all documents flagged to BTO HR and recommend what needs to be archived or detag to BTO HR
Communications Specialist Function
* Gather and update delivery center and client statistics on a quarterly basis
* Events management administration
Other Support Functions:
* Create and edit document in the required format
* Provide editorial support for newsletter, proposal and other publications
* Creative writing for internal and external client requirements
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.
* Good Communication skills in both oral and written
* Full-Time positions available.
