COLLECTIONS AGENTS
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under the direction of the Collections Team Manager, the primary objective of the position is to contact customers with delinquent accounts, initiate appropriate action, and maintain accurate records and documentations.
REQUIREMENTS:
• At least a High School Graduate
• Proven strong verbal presentation skills to customers
• Demonstrated in-depth, creative problem solving skills and excellent decision-making abilities.
• Driven and self-motivated.
• High ethics and good overall judgment.
• Ability to work independently to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends and holidays if needed.
• Can type at least 25 words per minute
• Must be able to operate two or more independent computer systems simultaneously.
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
