Responsible for:
Conducting telephone follow-up with cardholders to pay their past due and/or over limit balance.
Assisting cardholders on resolving service issues (e.g. late/non-receipt of statement etc.)
Assisting external agencies in their day to day collection and provide necessary support to improve collection rate.
Qualifications:
Graduate of a 4-year business course
Preferably with 2 years collection work experience in a credit card company.
Must be goal-oriented and output driven
Must posses good written and verbal communication skills
Must be analytical, organized and patient
Can work well under pressure and able to meet target
