CLIENT CONNECTIVITY CONSULTANT - Accenture
The Client Connectivity Consultant is responsible for managing the interface with the client and managing / executing the implementation of the required connectivity for the overall network architecture. He/She is part of the Client Connectivity Team whose the approving group for all connectivity into Delivery Centre locations.
- Serve as a single point of contact for the deployment of voice and data connectivity for projects moving to a Global Delivery Network Centre
- Deploy voice and data network designs to meet the client requirements
- Obtain final project team signoff on design and costs
- Coordinate implementation of the voice and data network design
- Provide operational support of on-shore Client Connectivity Zones and for the GDN WAN environment
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science, related engineering field, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent English communication skills, including the ability to communicate to all levels of client personnel and technical backgrounds.
- Knowledge of voice systems
- Data security/firewall management skills
- Network Design and project planning
- 2+ years experience in the following:
- Data network connectivity solutions
- Planning & Estimation
- MS Visio
- MS Powerpoint
- Data network connectivity solutions
- 2+ years of operational experience with two or more of the following platforms: Cisco routers, Cisco switches, Nortel Contivity, Packeteer, Packetshaper CheckPoint, and Netscreen Firewalls
