Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree or Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer – Software or equivalent.
At least 1-year hands-on experience in Java software development
Experience in WEB development including HTML and JavaScript
Relational database knowledge including Standard Query Language (SQL)
Strong analytical ability and implementation skills
Ability to work under pressure
Consulting background is a plus
Willing to travel abroad when required by the project
5 Full-Time positions available.

Qualifications:
·         With at least six months experience

·         Excellent Communication Skills, comfortable with conversational English
·         Willing to work in shift schedules
·         Proficient in both written and oral English
·         Smart with youthful and positive outlook
·         Healthy and energetic
·         Has a good sense of humor
·         Computer savvy and preferably can type at 25 words per minute
·         With a cheerful and charming telephone voice
·         Time conscious
·         Expressive and artistic
 

Duties & Responsibilities:
 

·          Provides customer service to customers
·          Maintains sense of urgency on customer issues
·          Retains personal ownership of customer issues until resolution is achieved
·          Shares solutions to customer issues with team members
·          Communicates customer issues and feedback through established channels
·          Practices diplomacy to enhance customer experience
·          Endorses reportorial requirements to Sr. Executive on or before the end of the shift
·          Constantly seeks ways of furthering knowledge and enhancing skills for improvement of future performances

·      Supports personal and team adherence to Company policies, rules and regulations
