Executive Assistant

Responsibilities:

? Have a systematic and effective storage and retrieval of information using both manual and electronic filing systems and databases as appropriate

? Timely and accurate handling of incoming and outgoing mails/e-mails

? Typing and word processing completed to high standard, in terms of timelines, accuracy and written communication skills

? Accurate on-going maintenance of mailing lists and other administrative databases

? Effective meeting management, including aaranging meetings, producing and circulating agendas, minutes and meeting papers required

? Ensure liquidation and other related works on the executive’s travel/finances is being done before the required deadline

? Timely and thorough collating of material for reports

? Assistance in the presentation materials are required

? Facilitating liaison with existing clients, local and visiting executives, assistants of executive offshore and

?  Broadly conversant, highly focused and results-oriented in supporting complex, deadline drive operations
