BPO Imaging Manager

Responsibilities:
Key Authorities:

• Provide business analysis and project management support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of data entry, image enhancement and scanning sections
• Create operating procedures, work instructions and guidelines in line with the business target and project specifications
• Develop and implement plans, programs, systems and procedures required by the management
• Identify and request for resources needed for the projects
• Ensure compliance to the required quality and turn around time
• Review project processes, documentations and updates
• Review effectiveness of systems and suggest for continuous improvement
• Analyse and identify internal and external issues that affect the group and implement corrective and/or preventive actions to improve performance of the group
• Communicate with clients when there are production related queries
• Conduct time and motion study for new projects and processes
• Submit production related reports
• Evaluate individual and group performance
• Issue IN (Issue Notification) and CAR (Corrective Action Report) in compliance to the company’s policies and procedures
• Attend conference calls and meetings with other departments
• Conduct meetings to the group on project and administrative concerns
• Conduct interviews and participate in the selection of applicants
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as may assigned

Other Authorities and Responsibilities:

• Recommend staff overtime
• Define performance metrics and parameters

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree from any four-year course.
* At least 5 year(s) of managerial work experience.
* Applicants must be willing to work in McKinley Hill,Taguig City.
* Knowledgeable in basic computer software (MS Office and Windows OS).
* Good English comprehension skills. Results driven and quality conscious.
* Must be dynamic, responsible and flexible.
* Strong analytical skills, demonstrated by the ability to research and to apply problem-solving skills to complex problems.
* Ability to develop project plans as well as tracking and reporting on project progress. Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information.

* Ensure that the milestones as documented in the Salmat Development Methodology are met.
* Provide test plans and test results to prove correctness of development process.
* Contribute as part of a team in meetings, etc.
* Maintain Salmat and client confidentiality.
* Develop and support C programs.
* Create text and forms by setting them up
* Migrate changes into production.
* Create and file appropriate documentation.
* Scanning and image editing when required.
* Provide assistance to management as required.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Taguig City.
* Knowledgeable in : PReS/Dialogue/StreamServe, DOS/Windows, PC Applications- Word, PageMaker, UNIX, NT, CC Mail, Borland C
* Willing to work additional hours to meet deadlines
