Quality Analyst
(Central Visayas – Cebu Business Park)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Ensure achievement of quality goals for support site by implementing and maintaining all quality projects and programs.
* Identify opportunities for achieving high levels of positive customer experience, hands-on data analysis and statistical process control as well as provide direction and leadership to site analysts in this regard.
* Daily interaction with all levels of the management team, stakeholders, associates, and Training team including site leadership.
* Serve as liaison between Company and other vendor partners for quality issues as well as involvement with performance and policy issues.
* Responsible for reporting quality metrics on a regularly scheduled basis.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Four-year college degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
* Industry-related experience, ideally including a combination of call center, project management and quality experience.
* Statistical process control, personnel management, and quality monitoring experience are preferred.
* Previous experience with COPC and/or Six Sigma projects is also helpful.
* Prior Six Sigma and/or COPC training and/or certifications is preferred.
* Solid understanding of math principles, charts, and graphs.
* Strong understanding of account management and operational processes desired.
* Project Management, problem solving, and process development skills.
* Research, reporting, and analytical skills, including sound ability to use PC applications (Windows, Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Email and Internet).
* Must be willing to work in Cebu City.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provides support to customer/users where the product and environment maybe technical or sophisticated in nature. Some diagnosis on IP services, personal computers, wireless routers and wireless modems on customer’s software and hardware may be required. Set-up, install and diagnose all printer driver and communication issues. Work effectively with team members to provide exceptional support for customers as well as internal clients. Conduct research for technical solutions using all available resources.

REQUIREMENTS:

*  Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent.
* 1 or more years of relevant work experience.
* Customer service focused, accent neutral US English communication skills, excellent phone and listening, data entry skills, detail-oriented, high sense of professionalism, able to do multi-tasking
* Software savvy, exposure to Windows OS required; network/server administrator experience desired

Supply Chain Data Owner

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Understands data assets, and all internal and external chains that provide that data; collaborates on data lineage, data models, and other metadata documentation.

Works with Business Owners to define data quality requirements for Business Intelligence data assets.

Ensures that data flowing into the Business Intelligence environment meets data quality and other standards.

Diagnoses root causes for poor data quality, developing and implementing processes and procedures to rectify such data, and the processes that generated it.

Participates in the review process for new data, and new Business Intelligence objects based on data, to ensure that naming standards are adhered to, formulae are accurate, descriptions understandable, and objects are not redundant.

Understands linkage between application and data.

REQUIREMENTS:

*Has BS degree in any of the following: Computer Science, MIS, or Engineering (MS degree is an added advantage)

*Experience in data management

*Experience with data warehouse and or transactional system implementations

*Knowledge of SQL, queries or other reporting tools

* Make sure that Ops Center management servers are configured and running 24 x 365
* Will do security audits of the system
* Verify the integrity of the server system every shift
* Perform the following tasks should an error state is triggered:
* notify local manufacturing IT and operations management of the problem
* notify system admin and system architects of the problem
* gather diagnostic logs of all equipment involved in the issue
* call maintenance/support staff of the vendor, should a physical machine needs replacement
* will work with the maintenance/support staff of the vendor to provide basic debug of the equipment at issue

Requirements:

* At least a Bachelor’s Degree holder of any IT-related courses (BS ComSci, BS IT, BS ComEng, BS ECE, etc.)
* At least 2-3 years of UNIX/Linux/Solaris Experience
