RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Oversees all aspects of the HR Admin function. Ensures efficient and timely processing of all related transactions and delivery of all related services. This shall include conducting audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of files and data.
2. Ensures the timely and accurate maintenance of employee records for payroll processing on all systems used (e.g. Oracle) as needed.
3. Prepares and processes documents for all employee movements and salary changes and other confidential documents related to employee salaries, ensuring that all movements are documented, authorized, timely and according to policy.
4. Ensures the timely updating of other Admin related files and systems.
5. Mentors, guides and evaluates HR Admin specialists under her supervision. This shall include assisting them in achieving their goals and performing their regular duties and responsibilities.
6. Assists in all General HR tasks (e.g. employee verification, employee admin/benefits concerns, answering phone calls, etc.)
7. Prepares weekly and adhoc reports as required and perform other related duties that may be assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): Must have sufficient knowledge in Oracle HRMS application, above average knowledge in MS Excel, good written and verbal communication skills, ability to coach, train and guide people
* Preferably Supervisory or at least 2 years & up experience related to HR Admin or similar capacity in the call center industry
* Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
* Candidates must be willing to work on shifting schedule with intermittent changes
* Required language(s): English, Filipino

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. First line of support, using basic troubleshooting skills for phone calls and network monitoring pages: contact on-call staff as required and work with the problem coordinator to escalate problems as defined by Problem Management procedures.
2. Become aware of fixes to known issues (routers, servers, switches,and network) for quick resolution.
3. Update and maintain troubleshooting guides.
4. Generate metric reports: utilization, peaks, outages, etc.
5. Update and maintain operations and configuration documentations.
6. Technical evaluation of critical issues and incidents, participation in root cause analysis teams and management of project activity impacting the call centers.
7. Provide T1/2 Edge system support –such as Volt, DACCS, LCS and other Edge system
8. Provide support for Edge system globally
9. Provide health check of all Edge Boxes
10. Provide team support in terms of special shift schedule and project resource.
11. Perform other duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
* At least 1 year working experience with Edge Network equipment (Lucent, PBX Systems, Nortel, etc.)
* Clear understanding of the different signaling protocols (SS7, ISDN, SIP, etc.)
* Has worked in a customer support environment; has had experience using network monitoring tools.
* Good team player; can work under a fair amount of pressure
* Required language(s): English, Filipino
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering – Electronics/Communication or equivalent.
