Contact Center Agent for Local Telco and Airline Account

(Pasay, Manila, QC or Bulacan)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Shall attend to inquiries of customers regarding products and services
* Shall handle customer concerns and complaints within the standard service quality set by the company

REQUIREMENTS:

* Candidate must possess Bachelor’s/College Degree or at least completed 2 years in college in any field.
* Very good English communication skills
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
* Willing to be assigned either in Manila, Pasay, Quezon City or Balagtas, Bulacan
* Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
* Full-Time positions available.
