Schedule candidate interviews with appropriate interviewing team and act as primary contact for candidates throughout process.
Maintain the recruitment database; Submit reports pertaining to relevant recruitment data, as needed by the HRD.
Assist in sourcing and screening applicants.
Other projects or duties assigned.

Coach, develop, and motivate Customer Service Representatives (CSR). Assist in meeting individual and team performance goals. Assist in the management of the call center.
Track CSR’s performance through productivity, call times, quality, attendance and behavior.
Patrol and supervise call center floor by quickly responding to CSR’s with transfers, difficult searches, and customer complaints.
Perform administrative duties including reports generation, paid time off submission, schedule changes, punch corrections, reviewing and returning emails.
Participate in the selection of qualified candidates for open CSR positions.
Conduct counseling sessions for purposes of addressing performance issues or instilling employee discipline.
Attend meetings and hold team meetings and maintain team bulletin boards and various other communication tools.
Assist with taking calls during peak volume periods.

REQUIREMENTS:

College degree or equivalent experience
Management of leadership experience in customer service
Excellent English communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Excellent Computer Skills; familiar with Excel application
Ability to multi task and learn and apply new skills
Prior Call Center Experience
Required language(s): English.

Strong background in Sarbanes-Oxley compliance audits
Handles projects on an annual basis to understand key cost and revenue drivers across functional areas of the business and to understand the business requirements
Will design risk management processes
Analyzes project results and formulate recommendations for changes in key business drivers, policy or procedure
Assesses the implementation of corrective action plans and verify their effectiveness.
