Bilingual Customer Care Rep (Spanish)
(National Capital Reg – Ortigas Center, Pasig City)

Responsibilities:

The Bilingual Customer Care Rep is responsible for answering phone calls from customer, making phone calls to customers, responding to mail and e-mail from customers (in Mexico and Argentina for household and personal care products), and entering data into computer system. Spanish bilingual is a must.

Requirements:

* Bachelor´s college degree.
* With at least 6months related work experience.
* Fluent in English and Spanish.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Good listening skills.
* Proficient with various software applications including MicroSoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook and internet navigation
* Able to work between the hours of 7pm and 5am.

Sales Support Representative
(National Capital Reg – Ortigas Center, Pasig City)

Responsibilities:

Our client offers a wide variety of health insurance products for which they are seeking agents to follow up on leads that are generated through an internet resource. The goal is to contact and qualify the lead and connect them to our clients sales team.

* Make high volume of phone calls for the purpose of building relationships, qualifying the lead, and generating interest in our client’s products.
* Provide feedback identifying call trends and prospect needs; identify ways to improve the current process.
* Track calls, follow-up calls required, scheduled call backs, and call transfers through computer system.
* Meet goals relating to productivity, number of calls made, contacts, and leads qualified.
* Work flexible hours to maximize call results.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s college degree holder.
* At least 1 year in Sales/Telemarketing position.
* Excellent English communication skills.
* Previous lead generation, telemarketing, or sales experience required.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proactive, self starter.
* Proficient with various software applications including MicroSoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook and internet navigation.
