Responsibilities:

Receive inbound sales calls (residential clients)
Attempt, through persuasion to reach decision maker
Update prospect database
Identify opportunities and close sales
Follow all policies and procedures

Requirements:

High School diploma or GED
1 year or more strong sales experience – Commission based with quantifiable goals
6 months call center

College degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred but not required)
Clear articulation of words and phrases
Good grammar inclusive of subject-verb agreement with limited use of slang
Good understanding of business acumen
Ability to ask for, and close a sale
Understands and can demonstrate importance of building rapport
