Responsibilities:
* Maintain updated records of all process, procedures and compliance manuals and ensures 100% compliance of the Operations Department
* Conducts call evaluation through barge calls to be able to monitor and review agent’s actual performance
* Coordinate with the Training Officer in identifying and recommending the areas of improvement of the employees under Operations Department
* Provides Business Analyst with QA reports related to call handling and account management
* Create QA forms then review and update according to industry standards
* Conducts coaching in relation to proper handling of calls and talk-offs
* Work with the team to develop QA program and processes to address client-specific quality standards and expectations
* Coordinate, strategize and develop systems to improve quality
* Works closely with Team Leaders and provides feedback to improve quality scores
* Keeps up to date with knowledge and skills needed to service client
* Works with QA Manager to generate quality reports on individual collection associates and teams
* Rates sessions of Collection Associates and records results in the QA database
* Communicate QA feedback issues to operations Team Leaders & Manager
Requirements:
* A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work related experience.
* Strong leadership skills and preferably at least a year experience in managing a team.
* Demonstrated track record of successful cross-functional collaboration
* Successful history in implementing / maintaining quality systems and applying technology to improve business processes
* Knowledge of Quality Assurance Programs and Call Monitoring/ Recording Systems
* Strong understanding of Collections, FDCPA, and other Federal/ State Laws pertaining to call center and collection/ outbound dialling practices
* Exceptional interpersonal skills – has the ability to actively listen and build rapport with employees.
* Must be able to demonstrate communicate CLEARLY and accurately skills and methods.
* Self – directed, self motivated, can work under pressure.
* Proficient knowledge of MS Office Products (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) is required
