<p><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<br />
</strong>Works with the Sr. Training Manager to build a high-performing training team through, recruiting, hiring, coaching, motivation, recognition, self-development and support of career development.<br />
Develops and implements internal systems and procedures to ensure the cost-effectiveness, consistency and continuous improvement of training and Leadership Development Programs.<br />
Takes the lead at the site to organize process improvement and leadership development teams, and provides training and/or support to the site team.<br />
Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.</p>
<p><strong>KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENT</strong><br />
Bachelor’s degree holder in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration or other related courses.<br />
2 &#8211; 4 years training experience, preferably in the call center industry; 1 year of which in a supervisory capacity<br />
Training certification preferred<br />
Process Improvement experience preferred<br />
Adapts strategies and solutions that are consistent with project goals and objectives, demonstrating critical thinking when making decisions and problem solving<br />
Ability to quickly adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced environment<br />
Excellent time management skills<br />
Computer literacy (word processing, spreadsheets, process mapping and database applications)<br />
Ability to track, analyze and present data / trends<br />
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills<br />
Must be well organized, demonstrate initiative, ability to follow through and able to manage multiple projects<br />
Data entry, spelling, grammar, and proofreading skills required<br />
Ability to work in both a team environment and autonomously<br />
Excellent listening skills and attention to detail<br />
Demonstrate high degree of integrity and confidentiality<br />
Knowledge of adult learning</p>
