REQUIREMENTS:
*Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.

*At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

*Must have an experience in managing a Workforce team that is responsible in forecasting, scheduling/staffing, and real-time monitoring of various call center accounts

*Able to effectively communicate with Management, Operations and Clients on real-time operations

*Amenable to shifting schedules

*Applicants must be willing to work in Libis, Quezon City.
