Bahasa-Indonesian Speaking Customer Service Representative
(National Capital Reg – Makati City)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Provides first line consumer service support through telephone, email and mail. Accepts and replies to inbound/outbound calls, emails and letters.
* Utilizes laboratory resources and Knowledge portal to walkthrough customers and verify concerns and inquiries.
* Religious browsing and study of the Client’s Consumer Relations Knowledge Base to improve expertise in both Products and Work Processes.
* Ensure required information is entered into central CRM database pertaining to consumer problems or requests (Newton); and other consumer tracking programs, including but not limited to the Email, Letter and Callback Tracking Sheet, CNR, Survey Files, HEF file, etc.
* Individual case management based on Client and Sykes Management directive.
* Complete logging of contacts encountered
* Escalates problems that are unable to be resolved on the spot to Team Lead and/or Sr. CSR.
* Flags up personal training requirements to Team Lead
* When needed, coordinate with Administration and Facilities, Finance, IT and IS Departments, Human Resources, Quality Assurance and other support groups on any process, venue & materials that is required for operations.
* Adheres to client and account-defined processes & procedures and Sykes company policies.
* Other duties may be assigned from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
* Excellent communication skills in Bahasa – Indonesia (written and oral)
* Good communication skills in English (written and oral)
* High attention to detail, with strong commitment and thoroughness to complete a task.
* Able to handle stress under pressure.
* Planning and Organizing Skills.
* Applicant must be willing to work in Makati City
