Fixed basic monthly salary ranging from Php10,000-Php 15,000
Government Mandated 13th month pay
Performance based quarterly bonuses
Potential of earning as much as 100% of your monthly base pay in terms of sales commissions (for sales agents only)
To successfully undertake either of these roles, you will ideally possess;
a graduate of any Bachelor’s degree
preferrably with technical background on computer troubleshooting (hardware, software, network and ISP)
good customer service orientation
Working within a call centre environment, you will be aware that applicants for these roles will need to be;
willing to work in shifting schedules and graveyard shifts
willing to be assigned either in Ortigas and/or Makati
willing to work on Philippine Holidays and/or weekends
willing to render overtime work if necessary
