CALL CENTER TRAINER
The Call Center Trainer is responsible for the development and effective delivery of defined training curriculum and communications to all agents and/or trainers in multiple centers.
REQUIREMENTS:
We need highly qualified candidates with 2 years training design, development and implementation experience and an understanding of application development methodology. With Call Center Vendor Management and Call Center Program or Outsourcing arrangement background.
Open Positions are Trainer, Certification Trainer, Communication Trainer, Curriculum Developer and Product Trainer.
